REGULATIONS
The areas served
by the East Skokie Drainage District are subjected to the
regulations of the
Lake County Watershed Development Ordinance (commonly
referred to as the WDO).
Details or any
questions concerning the WDO can often be addressed by the
Engineering Department of the municipality where property is
located, as most municipalities are County certified
communities for purposes of enforcement of the WDO.
