NOTICE/AGENDA

The Regular Meeting of the Commissioners of the East Skokie Drainage District previously scheduled for Thursday, May 21, 2009, will now take place on Monday, May 11, 2009, 7:30 p.m. at Highland Park City Hall, 1707 St. John’s Avenue, Highland Park, IL 60035, without further notice.

The agenda for the meeting of the District will include the following:

1. Call to order.

2. Approval of Minutes of prior meeting(s).

3. Status of accounts.

4. Consideration of bills to be paid.

5. Approval of renewal of insurance policies.

6. Receive update concerning construction plans and status of the Navy Golf Course Project.

7. Receive update concerning other stormwater projects that are being initiated by watershed communities, including the Skokie Headwaters Project.

8. Receive District Engineer’s report concerning ongoing projects, status of permit applications, status of Burke studies and update concerning Ditch cleaning work.

9. Miscellaneous correspondence.

10. New Business

MOTIONS MAY BE PASSED AND RESOLUTIONS ADOPTED ON ALL MATTERS SET FORTH ABOVE.
